If the customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his/her professional activity, or does not make the purchase by indicating a VAT number in the order form), he/she has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without having to provide explanations and without any penalty, in accordance with the European Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

The Customer who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal must send a written communication to the email address info@krollit.com within the terms established by law, indicating the reason for which it intends to exercise the right of withdrawal.

To exercise this right, the customer must follow the procedure provided by law. The consumer has the right, within 14 days of receiving the goods, to exercise the Right of Withdrawal.

  • The refund of the price of the item for which the withdrawal was exercised will be made within 14 days of receipt of your withdrawal notice.
  • The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following mandatory conditions:
  • the right applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the product purchased (e.g.: accessories, attached software, etc.);
  • the right does not apply to: products made to measure or clearly personalized;
  • the purchased item must be intact and returned in the original packaging complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc.); to limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend, when possible, to insert it in a second box; in all cases, the affixing of labels or adhesive tape directly on the original packaging of the product must be avoided;
  • the shipping costs relating to the return of the goods are borne by the customer;

the shipping address to which the goods are delivered is: The supplier who sent the goods to the customer who is in the DDT.

  • the shipment, until the certificate of receipt in their warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer;
  • in the event of damage to the goods during transport, Krollit di Sandra Gaspar will inform the customer of the incident (within 5 working days), to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier chosen by him and obtain reimbursement of the value of the goods (if insured); in this eventuality, the product will be made available to the customer for its return, simultaneously cancelling the request for withdrawal;

Krollit di Sandra Gaspar is not responsible in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments;

  • upon arrival at the Supplier's warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not resulting from transport. If the packaging and/or the original wrapping are damaged, as soon as the Supplier contacts Krollit di Sandra Gaspar for the damage, Krollit di Sandra Gaspar will withhold a percentage from the refund due, in any case not exceeding 15% of the same, as a contribution to the restoration costs.

The right of withdrawal lapses entirely, due to the lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its contents), in cases where Krollit di Sandra Gaspar ascertains:

  • the lack of the external packaging and/or the original internal packaging;
  • the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, manuals, parts, ...) or anomalies in the product itself;
  • damage to the product for reasons other than its transport.5
