1.1 These General Conditions concern the purchase of products and services, carried out remotely via the Internet on the website “www.krollit.com” with registered office and property of:
Krollit di Sandra Gaspar, with registered office in Sirignano (83020_AV), Via Giovanni Falcone 46 /C, VAT number 02968120648, hereinafter also referred to as the "Supplier".
1.2 The following General Conditions of Sale are an integral part of all supply contracts, even when orders are taken by telephone, verbally, by fax, quote, e-mail or internet.
1.3 The following general supply conditions will remain effective until any changes to them are published on the website www.krollit.com and are not changed by the Supplier. Any different conditions will be valid and effective only if expressly agreed in writing.
1.4 Krollit markets the products listed on this site aimed at both private individuals and professional customers (users understood as artisans, professionals, industries, wholesalers, retailers, etc.). In this case the customer ensures that the purchase of the products takes place for exclusively professional purposes, i.e. related to his/her work activity. In the case of direct sales to a "consumer" (a natural person acting for purposes not related to any professional activity carried out) the relationship between Krollit and its customer will be governed by consumer protection regulations (Legislative Decree 206/2005 , as integrated and modified by Legislative Decree no. 21/2014).
2.1 The contract stipulated between Krollit di Sandra Gaspar and the Customer is to be considered concluded with the acceptance, partial or complete, of the order by Krollit di Sandra Gaspar. This acceptance is considered tacit, unless otherwise communicated to the Customer in any way.
2.2 By placing an order in the various ways provided on the site, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and to fully accept the general conditions of sale and payment.
2.3 If the Customer is a private consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not attributable to his professional activity), once the online purchase procedure has been completed, he will print or save an electronic copy and keep these conditions of sale, in compliance of the provisions of articles 50 et seq. Legislative Decree 206/05 on distance selling.
2.4 Any right of the Customer to compensation for damages or compensation is excluded, as well as any contractual or non-contractual liability for direct or indirect damage to people and/or things, caused by non-acceptance, even partial, of an order.
2.5 The Krollit company declines responsibility for any errors in the images or texts on the website www.krollit.com.
2.6 The Customer is prohibited from entering false, and/or invented, and/or imaginary data in the registration procedure necessary to activate the process for the execution of this contract and the related further communications; the personal data and email must be exclusively your own real data and not of third parties or imaginary.
3.1 The Customer can only purchase the products present in the online catalog of the site https://www.krollit.com at the time of placing the order, as described in the relevant technical and information sheets. The technical information entered faithfully reproduces that of the manufacturers of the goods included in the catalogue. Krollit by Sandra Gaspar therefore reserves the right to modify the technical information of the products to adapt them to those provided by the manufacturers, without the need for any prior notice.
All purchase support information (glossaries, guides...) are to be understood as simple generic information material, not referable to the real characteristics of each individual product. The image attached to a product sheet may not be perfectly identical in some of its characteristics but may differ in colour, dimensions and accessory products present in the figure. 3.2 Receipt of the order is confirmed by Krollit di Sandra Gaspar by means of an e-mail response sent to the e-mail address communicated by the Customer during the order procedure. The order confirmation email contains the following data:
Order number and date: to be reported in any communication with Krollit by Sandra Gaspar
Product(s), quantity, price;
Type of payment chosen;
Transportation cost;
Total order amount.
The message contains the data entered by the Customer who undertakes to verify its correctness and promptly communicate any corrections, using any suitable means.
3.3 The order confirmation will be sent within 24 hours of receiving payment, it being understood that in the event of non-acceptance of the order, Krollit will promptly notify the Customer.
3.4 All prices in the product sheets include VAT at the rate in force in Italy for private users. Users registered as a company will find the amount of taxable income and VAT separated. For supplies made to non-EU countries, a specific price list will be applied without VAT being charged.
For supplies made to the United Kingdom, a price list will be applied with separate indication of VAT at 20%.

It is widely used to make purchases on the Internet thanks to some of its features such as the immediate crediting of a top-up and its limited purchase cost.

5.1 Sales made on https://www.krollit.com are attributable to mail order sales and therefore without the obligation of an invoice as provided for by art.22 of Presidential Decree n.633/72, and without the obligation to issue a receipt as provided for by article 2, letter oo) Presidential Decree 21/12/1996 n.696.
5.2 From 1 January 2019, for each transaction (with VAT number) carried out on Krollit, an electronic invoice will be issued and sent to the customer via the SDI (Interchange System of the Revenue Agency). The issuing of the electronic invoice must be requested at the time of placing the order by filling in the VAT number and Tax Code, PEC or SDI code fields. The customer who registers as Private will be issued a receipt.
6.1 Sandra Gaspar's Krollit accepts orders with shipments to Italian, European and non-European territory (excluding Switzerland (only with an EU address), Malta and Cyprus).
6.2 The goods, based on the place of destination and the service requested by the Customer, will be delivered to the couriers with whom we collaborate:
Gls: for shipments sent by the Bernardo headquarters up to 30 kg
Shipping times with GLS (Italy and Europe) within 4 – 8 working days (Saturday, Sunday, holidays excluded) from payment of the order.

The shipping costs of the goods are borne by the Customer and are explicitly highlighted at the time the order is placed.
In particular cases, and if you live on the islands or in a peripheral area, delivery times may last up to 6-14 days.
The goods will be delivered to the destination address specified when ordering.
6.3 The customer will receive an email confirming the shipment, at the customer's request we will send the tracking number, useful for monitoring the delivery of the purchased goods.
No liability can be attributed to Krollit di Sandra Gaspar in the event of a delay in processing the order or in delivery by the carrier. Claims for compensation for damages for any delays in delivery and the payment of penalties for late delivery are excluded.
Delivery is at street level unless otherwise communicated at the time of ordering and acceptance of the request by Krollit Sandra Gaspar.
Upon delivery of the purchased products, the Customer is obliged to check that the number of packages corresponds to what is indicated in the order confirmation, that the packaging is intact, not damaged, not wet or altered even in the closing materials (tape adhesive and straps).
Any damage to the packaging or non-correspondence of the packages must be immediately reported by adding the wording “CONTROL RESERVE” specifying the reason for the reservation (for example "laundry packaging", "crushed packaging", "open package") on the courier's waybill.
It is the Customer's obligation to open the items no later than 1 day after delivery of the order to verify that it is complete and the products are intact.
Any problems relating to the physical integrity, completeness, correctness of the products must be reported within 1 day of delivery by sending an e-mail to the address info@krollit.com.
7.1 Warehouse stocks may not be synchronized in real time, so it may happen that some products on the site are not currently available in stock.
In the event that the goods are not available in stock, Sandra Gaspar's Krollit will take care of:
Replenish supplies from your supplier as quickly as possible, guaranteeing shipment within a short time from the order date;
7.2 Sandra Gaspar's Krollit does not guarantee the availability of the products and is not responsible for refunds or discounts. It is the customer's duty to check availability before placing an order.
If the customer orders on the krollit.com website without requesting availability and the machine is not available, Sandra Gaspar's Krollit takes the order as a pre-order.
In this case it is the customer's obligation to inquire about the shipping times of the goods from the parent company by contacting Sandra Gaspar's Krollit via email or telephone.
Upon acceptance of the pre-order or purchase conditions (on krollit.com), Sandra Gaspar's Krollit undertakes to deliver the product to the customer within the established times.
The customer is obliged to pay a fee for canceling the order from the Supplier, if he decides not to complete the purchase within the shipping times communicated by Krollit di Sandra Gaspar.
7.3 The prices of the products may undergo market fluctuations compared to those shown in the pre-orders. In that case Krollit notifies the buyer of the new amount. The buyer can withdraw from the order by simply returning the deposit paid in the pre-order by Krollit.
7.4 Pre-order payment methods:
First Tranche – Advance Payment: The advance payment is required to confirm the start of pre-ordering. This amount, once paid, confirms your intention to purchase the pre-ordered product and helps guarantee its availability. It is important to note that the advance payment is non-refundable.
Second Tranche – Balance of Payment: The second payment tranche, corresponding to the remaining amount of the pre-order, will be requested before the departure of the goods. This payment must be made within 10 days of the availability of the requested goods. Only by completing the payment of the entire balance will it be possible to proceed with the shipment of the pre-ordered product.
Deposit for Pre-Orders: In the event that you choose to pre-order a product through our site or via quote, we inform you that any advance paid to confirm the pre-order is non-refundable. The advance is used to guarantee your purchase intention and to support the management of the pre-orders themselves.
Pre-Order Timeline: Krollit communicates to its customers the estimated timeframe for pre-ordering a product. However, this timing is to be considered purely indicative. There may be delays in the production or delivery of products, regardless of our initial expectations. Therefore, Krollit declines all responsibility for any factory delays that may affect the expected delivery time.
8.1 If the customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not make the purchase by indicating a VAT number in the order form), he has the right to withdraw from the contract purchase for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty, in accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
8.2 The Customer who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal must send a written communication to the e-mail address info@krollit.com within the terms established by law, indicating the reason for which it intends to exercise the right of withdrawal.
8.3 To exercise this right, the customer must follow the procedure established by law. The consumer has the right, within 14 days of receiving the goods, to exercise the Right of Withdrawal.
– The refund of the price of the item for which the withdrawal was exercised will be made within 14 days of receipt of your withdrawal communication.
– The right of withdrawal is in any case subject to the following mandatory conditions:
– the right applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product (e.g.: accessories, attached software, etc.);
– the right does not apply: to products made to measure or clearly personalized;
– the purchased good must be intact and returned in the original packaging complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc.); to limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend, when possible, placing it in a second box; In all cases, affixing labels or adhesive tapes directly to the original packaging of the product should be avoided;
– shipping costs relating to the return of the goods are borne by the customer;
the shipping address to which the goods are delivered is: The supplier who sent the goods to the customer who is in the DDT.
– the shipment, until receipt is certified in their warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer;
– in the event of damage to the goods during transport, Krollit by Sandra Gaspar will notify the customer of the incident (within 4 working days), to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier he has chosen and obtain a refund of the value of the goods (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the customer for its return, simultaneously canceling the withdrawal request;
Krollit di Sandra Gaspar is not responsible in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments;
– upon arrival at the Supplier's warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not resulting from transport. If the package and/or the original packaging are damaged, as soon as the Supplier contacts Krollit di Sandra Gaspar regarding the damage, Krollit di Sandra Gaspar will deduct a percentage from the refund due, in any case not exceeding the 10% of the same, as a contribution to the restoration costs.
8.4 The right of withdrawal is totally lost, due to the lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its contents), in cases where Krollit by Sandra Gaspar ascertains:
– the lack of the external packaging and/or the original internal packaging;
– the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, manuals, parts, ...) or anomalies in the product itself;
– damage to the product for reasons other than its transport.
9.1 All products sold are covered by the manufacturer's warranty and by the 24 month warranty for private individuals and 12 months for companies with VAT number for defects of conformity. To benefit from warranty assistance, the Customer must keep the document received together with the goods.
The 24-month warranty pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 applies to the product that presents a lack of conformity, provided that it is used correctly, in compliance with its intended use and as provided in the attached technical documentation. The lack of conformity must be communicated, under penalty of forfeiture, within two months from the date on which the consumer discovered the defect. The action against the seller expires in any case within twenty-six months from delivery of the goods.
This guarantee is reserved for the private consumer (a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or makes the purchase without indicating a VAT number in the order).
9.2 In the event of a lack of conformity, Krollit di Sandra Gaspar will, at no cost to the Customer, indicate one or more assistance centers for the repair of the non-conformity. In such cases, you are asked to refer to Sandra Gaspar's Krollit at the e-mail address info@krollit.com which will provide all the information relating to the assistance centres.
In the event of a lack of conformity, the consumer has the right to restore, without charge, the conformity of the goods through repair, replacement, or to an adequate reduction in the price or termination of the contract, in accordance with the provisions of art. 130 of the Legislative Decree. Legislative Decree 206/2005.
The repair or replacement times of the product depend exclusively on the manufacturer and the assistance center and no damage can be requested from Krollit by Sandra Gaspar for any delays.

11.1 With the entry into force of Legislative Decree 196/03 "Code regarding the protection of personal data", Krollit di Sandra Gaspar, as Data Controller, is required to provide some information regarding the use of data personal.
Personal data means indications relating to objective or personal situations of a specific natural person or an identifiable natural person, such as the name, telephone number, address and all data that are communicated at the time of the making the purchase.
The statistical data collected during a visit to our store cannot be directly traced back to the person and does not form part of personal data.
By accepting the conditions of sale, you also accept and sign the conditions relating to the processing of personal data in accordance with current legislation.
The receipt of commercial offers via Newsletter or ordinary mail from the Sandra Gaspar Individual Company is also accepted, without prejudice to the possibility for the Customer to request cancellation by sending a communication to the e-mail address info@krollit.com
11.2 The data will be processed using suitable tools to guarantee security and confidentiality. The data will be processed with IT tools, stored on both IT tools and on paper media and on any other type of suitable support.
The personal data provided will be used for the purposes listed below:
Collected and recorded for purposes strictly connected to the requests made by the Customer when making the online purchase. Please also note that the data provided (name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and any additional information) will be communicated to the courier responsible for shipping the product.
For purposes related to the obligations established by law, regulations and community legislation;
Sending newsletters or advertising material suited to the interests expressed by Customers
Market research and statistical analysis.
Cookies are files that are stored on the Customer's device. Every time the user visits our site, our browser sends this data allowing us to offer the Customer personalized navigation based on their interests.

These general conditions of sale are governed by Italian law.
For the resolution of any disputes arising from the interpretation, execution and termination of the distance selling contract, if the Customer is a private consumer based on art.63 Legislative Decree 205/2006, the mandatory territorial jurisdiction lies with the judge of place of residence or domicile of the consumer, if located in Italy.
