The Solid 460 Vario universal lathe was specially designed for the economical production of single parts and small series with high precision. Due to its ease of use, this model is particularly suitable for mechanical operations, plant construction, production and single-unit manufacturing.

- Modern spindle main bearing with corner bearing for precision workmanship
- Equipped with Delta frequency converter for high torque at low speeds and approximately constant speeds under load
- Continuous speed regulation; the set speed is read on a digital display
- Gears and shafts hardened and ground even during power operation
- 4 adjustable cams included for automatic shutdown of the trolley
- Central and convenient gearbox for feeds and threading with guide spindle and shaft spindle
- The gears are large, hardened and precision ground
- The speed and advancement adjustment is simple in structure, smooth and can be activated precisely
- The pallet, cast in a single piece, is extremely resistant to torsion and vibrations: this satisfies an indispensable prerequisite for ensuring high torsion
