The URS 3000 N universal cylindrical grinder is suitable for carrying out external cylindrical grinding operations for workpieces with a diameter of up to 320 mm; Thanks to the standard internal grinding device, the application area is further expanded. The application area of this machine is mainly: mechanical operations, tool manufacturing and forming, but also small series finishing

Properties

• The oil film between the bearing and the spindle. reduces vibrations to a minimum: in this way it is possible to obtain precision and a good surface finish
• The large table can be tilted for conical grinding in two different positions and set to the desired position using a scale
• Precisely aligned spindle head and stable grinding spindle head for the best possible machining results in a variety of grinding processes
• Thanks to the strong ribs and large walls, the base of the machine is relatively insensitive to variations in

• Grinding spindle mounted on both sides with tri-segmented and subsequently adjustable surface bearings
