The Compact 400 V universal lathe was specially designed for the economical production of single parts and small series with high precision. Due to its ease of use, this model is particularly suitable for mechanical operations, plant construction, production and single component manufacturing. Furthermore, this model is equipped with a variable speed regulator for optimal adjustment of the cutting speed.
Properties
- Equipped with Delta frequency converter for high torque at low speeds and approximately constant speeds under load
- Continuous speed regulation; the set speed is read on a digital display
- To minimize vibrations, it also features a massive prism base with ribs
- Multiple uses, such as mechanical operations, production and manufacturing of single components, ...
- Modern spindle main bearing with corner bearing for precision workmanship
- The pallet, cast in a single piece, is extremely resistant to torsion and vibrations: this satisfies an indispensable prerequisite for ensuring high torsion
- Possibility of space-saving installation using the chip collection tray which can be removed from the front
- Equipped with a 52mm spindle bore for machining large shaft diameters
