The STANDARD variant is made of carbon tool steel, a layer of clear varnish is used as rust protection, which should be removed before the first use of this blade. The PROFI variant is made of tool steel alloy, which guarantees the best durability and sharpness of the blade. The PROFI blade is oiled and airtight sealed in foil.
