Unpacking the machinery

The machinery has been carefully unpacked to avoid damage to the components during transport.

Assembly of oil pump, spindle and other accessories

• The oil pump was assembled following the instructions provided in the assembly manual.
• The chuck has been correctly attached to the machinery.
• Other necessary accessories have been fitted according to the manufacturer's specifications.

Test the correct functioning of the milling drill

• A test was carried out to verify the correct functioning of the milling drill.
• The descent of the spindle onto the table has been controlled to ensure smooth and obstacle-free movement.
• The adjustment of the spindle speed numbers was checked, ensuring that they were within the specified range (75 – 480 / 425 – 2750 rpm) and that the transition between the different speeds was smooth and precise.

Programming the digital display for the axes and correct display

• The digital display has been programmed to ensure accurate display of information relating to the machinery axes.
• The digital display was checked for correct functionality, ensuring that all information was clearly displayed and easily accessible.
